Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Veyocode ("we", "us", "our") is a software studio based in Alexandria, Egypt. We are the controller of any personal data collected through this website.

For any question, request or complaint about this policy or your data, contact us at info@veyocode.tech. A person will answer — usually within 24 hours.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. If you become a client, any personal data we process as part of delivering a project is governed by the agreement for that project, which takes precedence over this page.

Software we build and license to clients runs under each client's own privacy policy, not ours. We are not the controller of data held in a store or marketplace operated by someone else.

3. Information you give us

The only personal data we actively collect is what you choose to type into the contact form and submit:

• Your name and email address — required, so that we can identify and reply to you
• Your company name — optional
• Project type, budget range and timeline — optional, to help us respond usefully
• The content of your message, including anything you choose to put in it

4. Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is ordinary server logging, used to keep the site available and secure, and to detect abuse. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiles, behavioural pixels or cross-site cookies on this site. We do not set cookies to follow you between sites.

5. Why we process it, and on what basis

We process contact form data to respond to your enquiry and, where it develops into a conversation, to continue that conversation and take steps toward a possible contract with you. That is the entire purpose.

Our lawful bases are your consent (you chose to submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to people who approach us about work. Where a request relates to entering a contract, that is our basis instead.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. Submitting the contact form does not add you to a mailing list.

6. Who else is involved

The site is served by our hosting provider, and a contact form submission is passed to the endpoint that receives it. Those providers process that data on our behalf, under their own terms and security measures.

Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads. Beyond these, no third party receives data from this site.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We will disclose information only where the law genuinely requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

7. International transfers

Our providers may operate servers outside Egypt, so data you submit may be stored or processed abroad. Where that happens, we rely on those providers' own safeguards and contractual commitments for international transfers.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once the conversation is clearly finished, and in any case within twelve months of the last message. Records relating to actual projects are kept for as long as needed for that work and for any legal, tax or accounting obligation that follows it.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, and we will.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to enquiries is limited to the people on our team who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information through the contact form.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy
• Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your data where we have no continuing need for it
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing already carried out

11. Exercising your rights

Email info@veyocode.tech. There is no form to fill in and no process to go through. We will respond within 30 days, and we will not charge you for a reasonable request. If we cannot do what you ask, we will explain why.

12. Children

This site is intended for businesses and professional enquiries. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Changes are not applied retroactively to data already collected under an earlier version.
