1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Veyocode, a software studio based in Alexandria, Egypt. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Using the site

You are welcome to read this site, share links to it, quote it with attribution, and contact us through it. In return, please do not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or anything connected to it
• Interfere with its normal operation, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others
• Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, spam or malicious content
• Submit anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or belonging to someone else without permission
• Misrepresent who you are or who you act for

3. Nothing here is an offer

Descriptions of our platforms, services, capabilities, timelines and processes are published to help you decide whether to talk to us. They are marketing material, not a quotation, specification, warranty or contract, and nothing on this site creates a binding commitment on either side.

A binding engagement arises only from a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement and this site disagree, the agreement governs.

4. Accuracy of information

We keep the figures on this site tied to things we can actually demonstrate — test counts, translated strings, permission areas, and the applications each platform is made of. Products change, and a figure correct at publication may not be correct later.

If a specific number or capability matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it as of that day, in writing.

5. Submissions you send us

If you send us an enquiry, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send confidential material through the contact form — until a confidentiality agreement is in place, we cannot treat what you send as confidential.

We are not obliged to respond to, act on, or preserve any unsolicited submission. If you send us an unsolicited idea, proposal or concept, you agree we are free to develop similar things independently, and that we owe you nothing for it.

Personal data in your submission is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The text, design, layout, diagrams, graphics and code of this site belong to Veyocode or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and related rights. Our name and logo are our trade marks.

You may view the site, print or download extracts for your own reference, and quote it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, use it commercially, or remove any attribution, without our written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Third-party links

Where we link to another site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free of harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or these terms, at any time and without notice.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of this site in breach of these terms, or from content you submit through it.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or this site, are governed by the laws of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us in relation to this website.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top records when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
